Brevo Partner Program Guide
Version 1.0, effective as of XXX
This Guide forms part of the Brevo Partner Program Terms & Conditions. Brevo may update this Guide at any time by publishing a revised version. Publication constitutes notice. Changes apply only to leads accepted on or after the effective date of the revised version — referrals already accepted keep the rate and Commission Period in force when they were accepted. Previous versions are listed at the end. Capitalized terms not defined in this Guide have the meaning given in the Terms & Conditions of the Program.
1. How you join the program
Each partner willing to join the Brevo Partner Program must apply by filling the form on the page https://www.brevo.com/partners/agencies.
To be accepted you must comply with the Validation process as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Brevo reviews every application and may accept or decline at its discretion.
All new joiners start in the Pioneer tier. More details on tiers, progression and benefits below.
Referral fee rates depend on your tier, not on the plan the Customer buys. Self-service, Professional and Enterprise referrals all earn the same rate.
Tiers are based on Referred Monthly Recurring Revenue at close (”MRR”) — the sum of the monthly recurring revenue at close of every Customer you referred that closed in the last 12 months.
MRR at close is taken from the Customer's first invoice, on the same basis as Net Revenue — excluding tax and the items listed in section 2.
Example — three Customers referred and closed within the same 12 months:
Up: as soon as your Referred MRR over the last 12 months reaches the next threshold
Tiers are reviewed at least twice a year
Brevo reserves the right to assign a partner to any tier at any point in time
As set out in the Terms, your Referral Fees and Commission Period are fixed by reference to your tier and the version of this Guide in force on the date Brevo accepts your lead as a Qualified Lead. They apply for that referral's full Commission Period. Later tier changes and later versions of this Guide do not affect referrals already accepted.
Referral Fees are calculated on Net Revenue — as defined in the Terms, the recurring platform subscription revenue Brevo actually collects from the Customer, excluding tax
What is excluded from Net Revenue
Pass-through costs and third-party products for which Brevo acts as an intermediary — including but not limited to SMS and WhatsApp
Professional services, onboarding, setup, migration and training
Any other non-recurring charge
How the referral fess are calculated over time
Referral Fees are a percentage of the Net Revenue collected from that Customer during the Commission Period, not a fixed amount set at signature
Referral Fees stop at the earlier of: the end of the Commission Period for your tier, counted from the start of the Contract, or the date the Customer cancels or stops paying. It does not continue for the life of the Customer.
Referral Fees are paid within 90 days following the end of the month in which the Customer paid Brevo, and follows the Customer's payment frequency
Brevo calculates and pays Referral Fees through our Third Party Editor, PartnerStack. Valid tax and banking details must be on file before any payment can be released
4. Registering a Referral/Prospect
How you register depends on the segment
Not a current paying Brevo Customer
Not a Brevo Customer within the last 180 days
Not already registered by another partner
Not already in active discussions with a Brevo sales rep
